We have a selection of quality bouncy castles to suit your event whether it’s at home in the back yard or a local park.

All our castles are well maintained and clean.

Loads of fun for children of all ages, wonderful if you have a number of children that range from very little to young teens.

Our team will deliver and set them up for you as well as pack them away, no hassles just lots of bouncing fun!

For the Bouncy castle Hire:
Please book at least 1 week in advance.
Please assure the size of the venue to put the Bouncy castle,if you are not sure,we will assign the expert to measure it for you.
Please keep the Bouncy castle clean and complete as the same before,if any damage after the using,we will charge some fee for repairment and maintenance.
If it rains while the party is going on,we will charge the payment at 100%，but we will provide for free playing next time as the compensation.
In case of the rain on the party day,Please just inform us 3hours in advance,we don’t charge any cancellation fee.

For the Payment:
The payment in cash will be done after end of the party
If you want to remit,we will provide the bank account information through email.

租用条款:
递送：在上海主要市区内，我们免费提供递送，装卸服务
租用时长：保证所有租用设备使用4小时。超出时间将以每小时200元收取额外费用

租约终止：
*终止租约请至少提前3天通知
*如果您因为天气原因而要取消租用，请在我们派出负责为您递送装卸人员前3小时通知我们，这种情况下是不收取费用的。一旦递送安装人员已在赶往目的地途中，我们将收取所租赁城堡费用的30%
如果在安装完成后是无法终止租约。

清洁与损坏:
如果在设备上发现食物、饮料或是不洁物质，我们将收取200元的清洁费。请在归还前将设备清洁干净。设备如发现损坏，租户将按照评估的损坏程度进行赔偿。

义务/伤害（保险）条款:
如果设备因租户操作而起火，租户将承担全部责任。上海市徐汇区辰强会展会务服务部及其他子公司不为事故或伤害承担责任。确保宾客和家人安全是租户的责任，租户同时有责任对设备进行控制、操作和监督。
